The quality control falls under the priorities of the Océane private clinic. The safety of the patient and his or her satisfaction are the objectives.
To answerthe questions of the customers as regards quality of the care and safety, the establishment begins with:
• offer a constant level of quality 24 h/24 and 365 days per annum, 
• implement the principles of the charter of in-patient,
• take into account the needs and waitings of the patient,
• guarantee an optimum level of safety,
• develop a policy of improvement of quality.
Operational and multi-field committees are set up to define action plans annually:
• the prevention and the fight counters the infections nosocomiales (Committee of Fight against the Nosocomiales Infections)
• the respect of the environment
• the assumption of responsibility of the pain (Committee of Fight against the Pain. )
• risk management (Committee of Vigilances and Risks)
• of the specific topics: respect of the confidentiality, the reception of the patient…;
