The most favorable aesthetic interventions to be performed in this context are those for which the time of hospitalization is short and the post operative time as simple as possible.
Those interventions are:
- On the breast : implants, breast reduction, mastopexy
- Liposuccion : the limbs, the abdomen and the neck,
- Rejuvenation of the face : eyelids reduction, face lift, full face resurfacing with the CO2 laser

To respect the french legislation, any aesthetic operation must be preceded by a consultation with the surgeon at least 15 days before and the anaesthesiologists must be consulted 48 hours before the intervention.

However a first approach can be made by mail, a photograph generally permiting to establish a care program and to check compatibility with a stay in thalassotherapy.

To take account of these requirements and to make it possible to the patients to be able to choose in all confidence, a first consultation can be made at the time of a first
stay of short duration. This first contact will permit to establish a relation of confidence and to visit the various places of intervention: the private hospital, the center of thalassotherapy and to discover the area.
